Drayton Skin Clinic is a specialist GP led service offering a range of services
The clinic opened in 2015 as Drayton Surgical as part of Drayton Medical Services Ltd. Since then, our range of treatments has expanded and continues to grow.
In 2024 Drayton Surgical became Drayton Skin Clinic to enhance the specialist treatments we offer. We already have plans to expand our range of services further in the coming months.
We offer a range of treatments carried out by specially skilled staff members these include minor surgery, micro suctioning of ears and cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
Minor Surgery
Professional Minor Skin Surgery
Minor surgery costs depend on the size and number of lesions, as well as the time required for the procedure. When you enquire about an appointment, you’ll be asked to email a photo of the lesion(s) you wish to have removed. Once reviewed by a doctor, a member of our team will contact you with a price estimate and available appointment dates.
If you would like the removed lesion(s) sent for histology, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please speak to a member of staff for more information.

Skin Tag Removal
Skin tags are small, soft, skin-coloured growths often found in areas where skin rubs together. While harmless, they can be removed easily for cosmetic or comfort reasons.
Mole Removal
Moles are common and usually harmless. If a mole changes in shape, size, or colour, it’s best to get it checked. We can remove moles and, if requested, send them to a private laboratory for analysis (histology).
Additional charges apply for lab testing.

Seborrhoeic Keratosis
These wart-like growths are a normal part of ageing. They can vary in colour and size and often appear in clusters. Removal is quick and can greatly improve comfort and appearance.
Cyst & Lipoma Removal
Cysts are fluid-filled sacs, while lipomas are soft fatty lumps beneath the skin. Although they may feel similar, they are different in nature. Our clinicians can assess and remove these safely.

Ear Microsuction
Ear microsuction is a safe, quick, and effective method for removing earwax or debris from the ear canal using a gentle suction device. Unlike traditional ear syringing, microsuction does not use water, making it ideal for people with perforated eardrums or ear infections. The procedure is performed under direct visualisation using a special magnifying loupe, allowing precise and controlled wax removal. Most patients experience immediate relief from symptoms such as blocked ears, hearing loss, or discomfort.
Hyperhydrosis
Botulinum toxin injections are a well-known treatment for excessive sweating (also called hyperhidrosis). They work by temporarily blocking the signals from the nerves that tell your sweat glands to produce sweat.
This treatment has been thoroughly studied and has been shown to significantly reduce sweating, especially in areas like the underarms, hands, feet, and face. It can be used as a first or second option if other treatments haven’t worked.
It’s important to know that this treatment doesn’t cure excessive sweating — the effects wear off over time, so repeat injections are needed to keep the sweating under control.
